When updates and upgrades become available, most of our software apps will alert you, however, you will also receive an email notification when updates and upgrades become available.
Yes, customers of any of our products will be notified of updates and/or upgrades in the following ways:
- Directly Within the Application
Some applications are setup to provide a prompt when a new update or upgrade becomes available. Other applications are setup to display a message within the software application. Regardless of the software application type, you WILL be prompted in one way or another.
In the case of a "product" being an item such as a PDF ebook, puzzle book, video tutorial set, etc., you will need to rely on one of the methods below as we obviously can't alert you from within such file types.
- Via the Update/Upgrade Status Page in our FAQ
To ensure you are kept up to date on all of our product updates/upgrades, it is recommended that you bookmark the "Update/Upgrade Status Notifications" page within the F.A.Q. section of our website.
- Via Email Message(s)
When you purchase any of our products, your email address is automatically added to a special "buyer only" database. When updates and/or upgrades become available, you will be notified via the email address you used when you initially purchased the product.
We strongly encourage you to keep your Customer Profile information updated at all times to ensure we always have your latest and/or best email address on file.
- Via Twitter and/or Facebook
We will soon be posting application updates and upgrades via 2 of our social media accounts -- Facebook & Twitter. Please do not rely solely on the either social media account notifications as we do not use it as often as we use the previous 2 methods.
If you notice that an update and/or upgrade is available for a product and you have not received any notification(s), please let us know so we can rectify that.
